News on HS2 in Staffs

There will be traffic management in place on Bangley Lane and Drayton Lane during January 2021.

Drayton Lane

There will be a road closure in place on Drayton Lane and the top of Shirral Drive for five days from Monday 18 January until Friday 22 January 2021. This follows similar work in 2020 and is to allow safe access along the roadside as part of HS2 works in the area, including vegetation removal. The road closure will be in place between 9:00am and 3:30pm. For more information, including a map, see the notification here

Bangley Lane

There will be a road closure in place on Bangley Lane from Monday 11 January to Friday 15 January 2021. This is to allow safe access to our work sites to prepare for future construction works, which include roadside vegetation clearance. The road closure will be in place between 8:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays. Please see here for the notification
