<a href="https://hs2instaffs.commonplace.is/news/2019/09/26/hs2-works-notification:-notice-of-works-on-a38-southbound,-streethay">Earlier this year</a> we notified you of work we were carrying out to the A38 southbound to create a connection of an access road. This will help to take vehicles working on HS2 off the A38 southbound. Due to adverse weather conditions we are now extending this work, which is now due to be completed by 2 February 2020.
