News on HS2 in Staffs

There will be lane closures in place on the A5 Hints Bypass between the Weeford Interchange and the A452 Sutton Road. This lane closure will allow safe access to our work sites to prepare for future construction works, which include roadside vegetation clearance.

The lane closures will be in place from 09:30am to 3.30pm daily on the phased dates below.

Our teams may be on site up to one hour before and one hour after the works to set up and secure the site at the end of each day. Please see the map for more information for each phase.

• Phase 1: Eastbound lane and layby closure: Monday 11 January – Friday 15 January

• Phase 2: Westbound lane and layby closure: Monday 18 January – Friday 22 January

Access to properties and businesses will be maintained.
